Services · Online presence

Your business has grown. Your online presence hasn't kept up.

Your website says one thing, Instagram says another, Google still lists the old phone number and WhatsApp is where everything ends up, in no particular order. Plenty of businesses don't have a marketing problem. They have loose ends. We get those pieces saying the same thing and sending customers to the same place.

The problem

Signs your online presence hasn't grown with your business

People who get a referral, see an ad or come across your brand on social media almost always look you up before getting in touch. If what they find doesn't add up, the good impression they arrived with is gone before the first message.

Ring any bells?

  • Your website says one thing, Instagram another, and Google shows an old phone number
  • Every customer messages you on WhatsApp asking the same basic questions
  • Nobody can say where your last few customers came from
  • Every new piece of material starts from scratch and looks different
  • Referrals look you up and find nothing that backs up the recommendation

What changes

What changes when the pieces connect

  • Website, Google, social media and WhatsApp telling the same story
  • Each channel with a clear job and a defined destination
  • Enquiries arrive already knowing what you do
  • You can measure which paths bring people in and where to improve

What's included

What this setup can include

  • Website or main page

The centre of your presence, where every other channel points.

  • Google Business Profile

Category, services, hours, service area and photos, when your business is eligible.

  • WhatsApp path

Every contact point opens the conversation with a pre-filled message, so your team knows where each person came from.

  • Social profiles

Bio, highlights and links organised to lead to a conversation, instead of ending at the profile.

  • Company presentation

Your company deck in the same voice as the website, to send before or after a call.

  • Analytics

Google Analytics and Search Console set up, so you can see which paths work.

Scope, no small print

Google and ads, and where each one ends

Google Business Profile

We organise the information that helps people find and understand your business on Google Search and Maps.

  • The right category
  • Services offered
  • Contact info and hours
  • Service area or real address
  • Photos and a link to your website

We follow Google's rules. No fake address, no made-up location and no keywords stuffed into your business name.

Google Ads

When there's room to invest in ads, every campaign starts tied to the right page and to an action you can track.

  • Goal and location
  • Search intent
  • Ad copy
  • The right page for each campaign
  • Conversion tracking

Ad spend is paid directly to Google and billed separately from our work. Paid ads don't improve your organic ranking.

How we approach it

Organise before you produce more

The temptation is to create more content, more pages, more ads. Most of the time, the biggest gain is in organising what already exists. A channel that's out of sync doesn't get better with more volume. It just spreads the confusion further.

That's why the work starts by mapping how people find you today and where they get lost. Only then do we decide what to build, what to fix and what to simply delete.

From search to conversation

  1. Arrive

A referral, social media, search or an ad.

  2. Find

Google, your profiles and your website show the same business.

  3. Trust

Services, projects and real proof, well presented.

  4. Get in touch

One simple action and a clear destination.

  5. Measure

Which paths bring people in and where to adjust.

Tools we've already used on this sort of project. We pick them once we understand the problem, not before.

  • Google Analytics 4
  • Google Search Console
  • WhatsApp
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
  • Instagram (DMs)

When it makes sense

This isn't the answer to every problem.

Telling you when it isn't right for you is part of the job. Sometimes the answer is something else, and sometimes it's leaving well alone.

It's worth it when

  • You already have several channels and none of them talk to each other
  • Much of your business comes from referrals, and people look you up before getting in touch
  • WhatsApp handles everything and your team keeps repeating the same answers
  • You're about to invest in ads and don't yet have a place to send people

It isn't worth it when

  • You're still deciding what you sell and to whom. In that case, positioning comes first
  • You have one channel and it works well
  • There's no one to answer the enquiries this setup will organise

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to sign up for everything?

No. The first conversation is there to work out what deserves priority. Sometimes it's just the website and Google. Sometimes it's the path into WhatsApp.

What do you do with my Google Business Profile?

We review and organise your Google Business Profile, formerly Google My Business, with your details, services, photos and a link to your website. The work depends on your business's eligibility and the agreed scope.

Is Google Ads included?

It's optional. Planning, setup and monitoring are defined in the proposal, and the ad spend you pay Google is separate.

Do you manage my social media?

Here we organise how your profiles present the business and lead people to get in touch. Producing content and managing your social media is a separate service, with video, carousels and posting at an agreed pace. You'll find it under Video and social media.
