DreamOS is how Dream Harbor works, written down and used every day. It splits the studio into areas, keeps every rule in the right place, and all the work goes through it. That's how a small team handles marketing, client projects and its own tools at the same time, without relying on anyone's memory.
What it is, and what it isn't
It isn't software you subscribe to. It's the way Dream Harbor chose to work, written down and stuck to every day.
How it divides the company
Everything has a place, and everyone knows where it is.
The studio is split into six areas. Everything that happens falls into one of them, and anyone who needs something knows where to look, rather than asking around or digging through old conversations.
When something changes, a new client, a new tool, a new focus, the right area is updated straight away. The picture of the business never goes out of date.

No. It's the system that organises Dream Harbor from the inside, and it isn't sold as a subscription.
What's the difference between DreamOS and Dream Harbor's services?
The services are what we build for clients, like websites, bespoke software and automation. DreamOS is how we organise ourselves to build all of that.
Does this work for a small business?
It was born in a small one. The fewer people you have, the more everything needs its proper place, because there's nobody spare to remember the rest.
Can I learn to build one for my own business?
