Internal operating system
The system that runs Dream Harbor from the inside.
DreamOS is how Dream Harbor works, written down and in daily use. It divides the company into areas, keeps every rule in the right place, and all work moves through it. That's how a lean operation handles marketing, client projects and its own tools at the same time, without depending on anyone's memory.
What it is, and what it isn't
It's not software you subscribe to. It's the way Dream Harbor decided to work, written down and followed every day.
How it divides the company
Everything has a place, and everyone knows where it is.
The company is split into six areas. Everything that happens falls into one of them, and anyone who needs information knows where to look, instead of asking someone or digging through old conversations.
When something changes, a new client, a new tool, a new focus, the right area gets updated right away. The picture of the company never goes stale.
-
Company
Who we are, how we talk and what we're focused on right now. It's read before any task.
-
Brand
Logo, colors and type applied to everything the company produces, without anyone having to remember.
-
Marketing
Content, campaigns, Google search and outreach, each with its own place and its own history.
-
Solutions
One space for each client project, with that client's rules taking priority over ours.
-
Tools
The in-house software the operation uses every day, each with its own manual.
-
Knowledge
Everything we study, organized by area and linked together, ready to use.
Day to day
Three rules that make the company learn from its own work.
-
What repeats becomes routine.
When a task shows up a second time, it gets a written step-by-step and is done the same way from then on.
-
Every correction becomes a rule.
When something goes wrong and gets fixed, the fix is recorded in the right place and never has to be said again.
-
AI works with full context.
The AI we work with reads up on the company before every task, its tone, focus and history, instead of starting from scratch.
In practice
How a task moves through DreamOS.
Every task follows the same path, from a small request to a client project. That's what keeps the company from forgetting what it has already learned.
-
Request
A task comes in, from a client or from inside the company.
-
Context
Before starting, the company is read. The focus, the tone and the history.
-
Right Area
The work happens in its own place, under its own rules.
-
Correction
Whatever was adjusted gets written down, so it never needs saying again.
-
Routine
If it comes up again, there's already a step-by-step.
Why it exists
Born out of need, not a sales deck.
Dream Harbor handles outreach, content, client projects and its own tools at the same time, with a lean team. That only works with every part in its place and every lesson saved.
DreamOS is the result. It gets refined here every day, because it's what the company works with.

Talk to Dream HarborFrequently asked questions
Is DreamOS software I can subscribe to?
No. It's the system that organizes Dream Harbor from the inside, and it isn't sold as a subscription.
What's the difference between DreamOS and Dream Harbor's solutions?
The solutions are what we build for clients, like websites, custom software and automation. DreamOS is how we organize ourselves to build all of that.
Does this work for a small business?
It was born in a lean company. The fewer people you have, the more everything needs its proper place, because there's no one left over to remember the rest.
Can I learn to build one for my own business?
We teach it in a one-on-one mentorship with the founder, currently offered in Portuguese. If you'd like to talk about it in English, get in touch.
