Website Terms of Use

Last updated: October 23, 2026

This website is maintained by Dream Harbor Agency. By browsing it, you agree to the rules below. They apply to the use of the website and don't replace the proposal and contract for a hired project, which have their own terms.

What the content is

The text, articles and examples published here explain how Dream Harbor works and what it has learned on real projects. They're for information only and are not a proposal, a guarantee of results or a technical recommendation for your specific case. Every operation is different, which is why our work starts with understanding yours.

Case studies and in-house technology

Case studies describe real projects. When a client hasn't authorized being identified, they appear anonymized. The stage of each in-house technology (in-house, in development or available) reflects its status as of the page's last update, and may change.

Content ownership

The Dream Harbor brand, logo, text, diagrams and website design belong to Dream Harbor, unless otherwise noted. Quoting excerpts with a link to the original page is welcome. Copying the content to present yourself as its author is not.

Forms

By submitting a form, you confirm that the information is yours or that you're authorized to share it. How that data is used is described in our privacy policy.

External links

This website may link to third-party pages, such as social media profiles or client websites. Dream Harbor isn't responsible for the content or practices of those pages.

Availability

The website may go offline for maintenance or because of a failure in an infrastructure service. We work to keep that rare, but uninterrupted operation isn't guaranteed.
