About Dream Harbor

Strategy, design and technology for businesses that want to grow on solid ground.

Dream Harbor builds the digital structure of small and mid-sized businesses, from the website that presents them to the operation that keeps them running. We start from each business's reality, never from the tool. Today we're a lean operation led by the founder, set up to grow as the work demands.

Why we exist

Behind every business, there's a person.

A lot of good businesses grow on the back of one person who holds everything together. The owner answers customers, checks spreadsheets, remembers what everyone else forgot and makes decisions with whatever they can see. The business works, but it costs a lot for the person at the center of it.

Dream Harbor exists to change the part of that which shouldn't depend on anyone. Not to take owners out of their business, since they need to be present, but so their presence goes to direction, decisions and people, not to work a system would do better.

How we think about technology

Eight beliefs that guide every project

  1. Technology has to serve the operation.

If it doesn't make work better for the people using it, it doesn't matter how advanced it is.

  2. Automating doesn't mean giving up responsibility.

Every automation has someone who answers for it, and failure can never turn into silence.

  3. Clarity beats quantity.

Three right numbers change more decisions than a dashboard with a hundred.

  4. Not everything needs AI.

Sometimes a simple rule works better, costs less and brings fewer surprises.

  5. Not everything needs to be built.

When an off-the-shelf tool does the job, that's what we recommend.

  6. Good software disappears into the routine.

No one should have to think about it to get their work done.

  7. Technical complexity can't become complexity for the user.

The hard part stays on our side of the screen.

  8. Owners should understand their business better afterward.

If they come out of a project seeing less, something was done wrong.

How we work

First we understand. Then we design. Only then do we automate.

Every project follows the same path. An assessment to understand and prioritize, implementation to build and connect, and ongoing support for clients who want it afterward. On the inside, the company runs on DreamOS, our own operating system.

What we're building

Services today, our own technology alongside

Most of our work is custom implementation, and it stays at the center. What repeats from one project to the next becomes a tool, and some of those tools are becoming products. That's how a service business slowly builds something that doesn't depend only on hours.

How we think through a project

From the real process to continuous improvement, without skipping steps.

  1. Real Process

    How the work really happens

  2. Friction

Where there's repetition, waiting or scattered data

  3. Architecture

What to build, connect or leave as is

  4. Build

Software, automation and integrations in use

  5. Data

    What changed, measured

  6. Decision

More clarity for the people deciding

  7. Improvement

    What repeats becomes an improvement

Who answers for the work

Eduardo Henrique

I didn't start Dream Harbor to sell technology. I started it because I know what it's like to want to change your life and not see the way forward. I used to be the guy who complained and waited for luck to show up. One day I understood the responsibility was mine, took control and started building.

I bring that same truth to the work. No one is going to grow a business for its owner, and the owner needs to be present in it. What they don't need is to carry, alone, everything that could be organized, connected or automated.

Every project goes through me, from the first assessment to what happens after delivery. It's not about impressing anyone with a pretty screen. It's about the operation running better the following Monday.

Be strong and courageous.

Frequently asked questions

What does Dream Harbor do?

We bring together strategy, design and technology to build each business's online presence and structure. That means websites and landing pages, presence and positioning on Google and, when the operation calls for it, custom software, automation, data dashboards and applied AI. The work starts by understanding how the business runs today, and only then do we decide what to build.

What kind of businesses do you work with?

Small and mid-sized businesses, mostly service businesses, that want to present themselves better and grow on solid ground. Size matters less than having a problem worth solving.

Do you always build from scratch?

No. Often the right answer is setting up or connecting a tool that already exists. We build when an off-the-shelf tool can't keep up with the operation, or when a business rule needs to be enforced by the system.

Do I need to understand technology to work with you?

No. You explain how your business works and what you want to achieve. Turning that into a website, software, automation or data is our job, and every technical decision is explained in business terms.

Do you work with clients outside Brazil?

Yes. Our work is fully remote, so location isn't a barrier. We're based in Brazil and already work with clients in Portugal, the UK and Kuwait.

How do we get started?

With a conversation. Tell us what you're building on WhatsApp or by email. A proposal only comes after we understand your situation, because every business calls for a different solution.

Let's talk

Want to know if working together makes sense?

Tell us what you're building. The conversation answers that question for both sides, before any proposal.
